☀4WD is REQUIRED by the HOA. This property is in the mountains and driving on narrow and steep roads is required to reach it. Please reach out to me if you have any questions prior to booking. ☀We love hosting pets! We allow a max of 2 dogs (no cats allowed) and there is an additional fee of $50/dog ☀We cannot control the weather, sickness, or travel delays. Please make sure to get trip insurance! ☀ We are truly OFF THE BEATEN PATH! The cabin is roughly 28 minutes to town, so please be aware of that! ☀Guests are required to sign a rental agreement. This will be sent out shortly after booking and a completed rental agreement is required in order to receive check in instructions and the access code ☀Guests must be 25 to book ☀No parties allowed ☀No smoking allowed
