Feel free to smoke outside, but ANY evidence of smoking inside of the house will result in an additional cleaning fee ☀4 guests is the MAX occupancy ☀We are happy to welcome well behaved dogs under 50lbs. We allow a max of 2 dogs and there is a $50 fee per pet that will automatically be added to the reservation ☀ If an early check in or late check out is available, an additional fee of $25/hour will apply. This is subject to availability based on our calendar and cleaner's availability ☀All guests are required to sign a rental agreement. This will be sent to you after completing the booking

Beautiful wooded neighborhood located right across the street from the brand new Silver Line Park and the French Broad River. You may hear some cars passing by throughout the day or our neighbor's dog bark when they arrive home from work if outside. Little noise can be heard inside the house.
